Carlson was selected to provide pre-construction and construction services for the Lincoln Station transit-oriented development in New Lenox, IL. This 220-unit Class A apartment community consists of five 44-unit buildings, 180 garage parking stalls, and a fully equipped clubhouse.

Designed for LEED Gold certification, each three-story building features a cast-in-place concrete foundation with Type III fire-resistant wood framing. Energy efficiency was maximized through high-performance HVAC systems, LED lighting, and low-flow plumbing fixtures. The project also included extensive wetland restoration.

Residents enjoy premium amenities, including a dog park, fitness center, pickleball courts, bike storage, club rooms, a business center, fire pits, outdoor dining, and a resident lounge. The onsite-managed buildings offer a package concierge with automated notifications. Inside, units boast luxury finishes such as LVP flooring, quartz countertops, glass tile backsplashes, custom cabinetry, and smart home automation.
